BWCD Contracts for Inclusion at the June 12, 2018 Board Meeting

At its meeting on June 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Board Room of the Third Street Center, 520 Third Street, Carbondale, CO 81623, the Board of Directors of the Basalt Water Conservancy District will consider the following application for a contract for inclusion into its 02CW77 decree: (1) Contract No. 714 – Royal R. and Lezlie D. Laybourn; (2) Contract No. 715 – Katherine R. Mac and Christopher M. Janusz; (3) Contract No. 716 – Nancy Jo Quisenberry Revocable Trust and Richard S. Quisenberry, Jr. Revocable Trust; (4) Contract No. 717 – Dennis N. and Patricia E. Cerise; (5) Contract No. 718 – Steven Koski; (6) Contract No. 719 – Gary L. and Lynne U. Haynes.
