LRE Water, formally known as Enertech and Resource Engineering, has been the Basalt Water Conservation District’s Engineer since the mid 1980s.  The District’s current engineer, Eric Mangeot, has been assisting the District since April 2004.  Eric assists with the day-to-day operations of the District, including overseeing and implementing the District’s water allotment contracting program.
